BB Gymnastics

1) 5 x 2 Snatch off high boxes(just above knee) - rest 60", heavy, (60,62,5 65, 67,5 67,5kg)

2) 5 x 2 Clean off high boxes(just above knee) - rest 60", heavy, (80,85,87,5 90, 92,5kg)

Strength

1) 4 x 8 back squat: @80% of 3RM - 110kg,  rest 2min

2) 5 x 2 Pause front squat - heavy (5sec pause at the bottom), rest 90" (85,90,95,100,100kg)

Conditioning

EMOM for 12 min

Prowler push 90kg  20sec on/40sec off
