BB Gymnastics
1) 7 x 1 Snatch off high boxes(at hip) - heavy, rest 60" (55,57,5 60,62,5 65, 67,5kg)
2) 7 x 1 Cl & J off high boxes(at hip) - heavy, rest 60" (70,75,80,82,5 85kg x3)
Strength
1) Back squat: based off of 3RM BS
Set1: 1rep every 30sec for 2min @90% (125kg) (5 TOTAL REPS) - Don't re-rack the barbell until all 5reps are completed.
Rest: 3min
Set2: 1rep every 30sec for 90sec @90% (125kg) (4TOTAL REPS) - Don't re-rack the BB until all 4reps are completed
Rest: 2min
Set3: 1rep every 30sec for 60sec @90% (125kg) (3TOTAL REPS) - Don't re-rack the BB until all 3reps are completed.
2) Front squat: 5 x 3 - heavier than last week, rest 90". (85,90,95,100,105kg)
