WOD 120926 Rugby


This is my deload week so I will have only 2 rugby trainings (wednesday, friday), 1 gymnastic session (thursday) and 1 warmup rugby game (saturday).
Next week The Outlaw Way program will go on!!! Can't wait!! :D
